• Distance from neck to the outer edge: Approximately 13cm
• Neck circumference: Adjustments in approximately 2cm increments from 20cm - 25cm

Size Guide

• Measure your pet around the neck to help select size and allow a finger space between the dog's neck and the collar
• Measure from the base of the neck (where the collar sits) to the tip of the nose.  Ensure there is 1.5 - 2cm from the tip of the nose to the outer edge of the collar

Notes

• Typically pets require time to adjust to their E-collar
• Supervision is recommended
• You may want to raise food and water dishes off the ground for easier access

Caution

• Make sure that your pet can not become stuck in tight places (under chairs, between furniture etc)
• If you have more then one pet, you should separate the pet with the E-collar if left alone
