BRAVECTO
500 MG FLURALANER Spot-on Solution for Large Cats (>6.25 – 12.5kg)
Active Constituents
- 280 mg/mL FLURALANER
- Also contains: 339 mg/mL DIMETHYLACETAMIDE (solvent)
Indications
- Treats and prevents flea (Ctenocephalides felis) infestations for up to 3 months
- Treats and controls paralysis tick (Ixodes holocyclus) for 3 months
- Rapid onset of action kills newly emerged adult fleas before they lay eggs
- Reduces incidence of flea allergy dermatitis (FAD) by controlling adult fleas
- Treats and controls ear mites
Benefits
- Effective against fipronil-resistant strains of fleas
- Kills pre-existing and new infestations of paralysis ticks (Ixodes holocyclus) for 3 months
- Provides effective treatment and prevention of fleas on cats for up to 3 months following application
- Fleas are killed in up to 12 hours after treatment or after reinfestation during the 3-month treatment period
- The flea life cycle can be broken by the rapid onset of action and the long-lasting efficacy against adult fleas on the cat
- Newly emerged adult fleas on a cat are killed before viable eggs are produced
- Effectively controls environmental flea population in areas to which the cat has access

Note
- The safe use of Bravecto Spot-on for cats in breeding males and females has not been established
- In tick season, daily searching for and removal of any ticks found is recommended
- Should not be used on kittens less than 9 weeks of age or cats weighing less than 1.2kg

MILBEMAX
Active Constituents
Each tablet contains:
- 40mg PRAZIQUANTEL
- 16mg MILBEMYCIN OXIME
Indications
Small, easy to administer tablets that prevent heartworm and treat roundworm, hookworm and tapeworm in cats
Treats and Controls:
- Adult and immature roundworm (Toxocara cati, Toxascaris leonina)
- Adult and immature hookworm (Ancylostoma tubaeforme)
- Tapeworm infections (Dipylidium caninum, Taenia spp.)
Prevents:
- Heartworm (Dirofilaria immitis)
Treatment Schedule
- For treatment of gastrointestinal worms - TREAT EVERY 3 MONTHS
- For heartworm prevention - TREAT MONTHLY
Precautions:
- Cats should be tested for existing heartworm infection prior to starting treatment with Milbemax
- If any unusual signs develop following treatment with Milbemax tablets, contact your veterinarian
- The formulation for cats is not suitable for use in dogs

Dosage and administration
- For medium cats (>2.8 – 6.25kg) apply the entire contents of one applicator (0.89mL pipette) as directed

Safety Directions
- May irritate the eyes
- Avoid contact with eyes
- Wash hands after use
- Do not contact the application area until dry
- Where possible, apply to the animal in the evening
- Keep out of reach of children
- For animal treatment only
- Dispose immediately of empty pipettes, sachets and carton by wrapping in paper and putting in the garbage
MILBEMAX
- Can be used in kittens from a minimum age of 6 weeks and minimum weight of 0.5 kilograms
- Use the appropriate dose size for the cats body weight
- Milbemax Tablets for Small Cats can be administered orally to kittens between 0.5 and 2 kilograms body weight at 6, 8 and 12 weeks of age
- Adult cats can then be treated every 3 months for treatment of intestinal worms and once monthly for prevention of heartworm
- Can be used in breeding animals
