Blue Planet pH Up For Freshwater Fish Aquariums Reduces Acidity To Create A Safe And Healthy Aquatic Environment
Active Ingredient
- 1000g/kg Sodium Bicarbonate
Designed to reduce acidity and increase alkalinity in freshwater aquariums
- Effectively adjusts and maintains the ideal pH level
- By reducing the acidity, it helps to create an optimal pH range that is essential for the health and well-being of your fish and other aquatic organisms
- Easy to use - simply add 1 tablespoon of powder per 100L of tank water, first dissolved in a small cup of aquarium water, then add to a flowing area of your aquarium
- As you gradually adjust the pH level, it is important to regularly monitor the water parameters using a reliable pH test kit to ensure you achieve the desired range
- It is crucial to make incremental changes to the pH level over time, allowing your fish to acclimate gradually and minimizing stress
- Australian made
Note
- Please note that it is important to follow the instructions provided and consult with a veterinarian or aquatic specialist for specific guidance on adjusting the pH level in your aquarium, as different fish species may have varying pH requirements
- Regular water quality testing and monitoring are also essential to ensure a stable and healthy environment for your aquatic pets
Directions for Use
- Allow some time to alter pH as it is better for your fish to become accustomed to the changes slowly
- As a general rule, 1 tablespoon of powder per 100L of tank water, first dissolved in a small cup of aquarium water, then add to a flowing area of the aquarium
- Use your Blue Planet pH test kit 1 hour later to check the change in value
- Repeat the process up to 3 times per day, testing in between
- As aquarium water chemistry varies dependant on pollution levels, dissolved organic waste and carbonate hardness, it may take several times to get the right pH levels
- Please allow a few days to alter pH values over a large scale
- An aquarium with no fish or live plants present can be altered quickly
Usage Guide
- To calculate approx. tank capacity (in litres), measure in cm, length x width x height and divide by 1000
