- Ticks and fleas do not have to bite your cat to be killed – the collar repels and kills ticks and fleas through simple contact
- Water resistant, however, prolonged intense exposure to water or shampooing should be avoided - if shampooing the cat, it is recommended to use a soap free shampoo
- Should be worn continuously for the full protection period
- Features 2 safety features in case of needing emergency release: a ratchet release mechanism and a manufactured breaking point, which will give way if your pet is trapped or snagged by their collar
- The Seresto collar can be worn alongside your pet’s normal collar – ensure the Seresto collar is not prevented from making direct contact with your cat’s skin/coat
Precautions
- The safety of the product has not been established for pregnant and lactating queens
- Safe for kittens over 10 weeks of age
- Ticks already on cats prior to treatment may not be killed immediately after the collar is placed on your cat and may remain attached and visible – therefore, removal of ticks already on the cat is recommended
