• Our shipping policy enables Budget Pet Products to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
• We send products using Standard Post or E parcel depending on size & weight.
• We may use other shipping methods at our discretion if a better method is available.
• Our freight charges are minimal as our aim is only to cover the cost of shipping your goods to you.
• Due to restricted operating hours from Australia Post and courier/freight companies, we are unable to dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. Public Holidays may cause a delay in the delivery of your order.

• There are many ways items can be sent around this great country. Budget Pet Products have posted over 500,000 items Australia wide. We have tried several methods of postage and continue to use the following.
  
  
  We send all our free shipping items via Australia Post Regular Mail. These items are not insured nor trackable. Free Shipping Policy is applied.

  FREE SHIPPING POLICY:
  1.	Free shipping is only available for some of the smaller boxed items such as flea and worm products that can fit in an envelope. For postage on these items please select "Regular' from the drop down menu for FREE SHIPPING.
  2.	These smaller items that are in an envelope and receiving free postage are sent regular post which has no tracking number or insurance. Any purchases sent in this manner are posted at the purchaser's own risk.

  Registered Post is an option you can choose & pay for to minimise the chance of your item going missing in transit. We will send you a link & tracking number to track some stages of your parcels journey. Australia Post does not scan the item until it arrives at the Postal Facility closest to the location it has been sent to. It must be signed for, so if you are not home it will be taken to the local Post Office.

  Australia Post’s Eparcel is a reasonably fast and efficient service, but offer no included insurance, this can be selected as transit cover at an extra cost.  These items can be tracked and tracking numbers and link will be supplied upon Postage.

  Australia Post’s Eparcel Express is generally the most time efficient method of postage.  It can be as fast as 24-48 hours depending on location.

  Aramex - Formerly Fastway Couriers - offer a box & satchel service to most areas in Australia.  They are trackable at all stages of travel.  Aramex automatically offer up to $1500 insurance on each article sent.  They offer a door to door service and will not deliver to a PO Box.  They will also leave the item at the delivery address if requested, or require a signature if preferred.

  Sydney Delivery Delay Update Jan-21: Aramex are experiencing delays to deliveries to the Sydney region. Unfortunately this means it make take longer than the usual 4-6 business days post dispatch for you to receive your parcel. Aramex are implementing measures to reduce this delay a quickly as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience.
