How do I choose the products I want to order using PetKlix?
- Purchase a PetKlix for each of your favourite brands
- Setup your devices using the Budget Pet Products app and select the specific products you want to order when you press the button
- You can change your product selection at any time
- Only products supplied by the brand visible on the device can be linked to PetKlix
How much do products cost ordered through PetKlix?
- The price your pay is the current website price at the time each PetKlix order is confirmed, not the time your PetKlix is setup
- If your product happens to be on sale when your PetKlix order is processed, then you will receive the cheapest price, plus a further 5% off selected brands
What if an accidental order is placed?
- With order protection, PetKlix will not place a new order until your prior order is dispatched – regardless of how many times PetKlix has been pressed
- In addition, you will receive an order confirmation for every order placed, allowing you to cancel an order before it’s dispatched

- Check you aren’t connected to a 5G network

Directions For Use
Step 1 - Download the app
- Download the Budget Pet Products app from the App Store or Google Play Store
Step 2 – Setting up your PetKlix
- Ensure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi (5G network is non-compatible)
- Open the Budget Pet Products app and create an account or login
- Tap More on the bottom right hand corner, then My Devices, then the PetKlix icon
- Click PetKlix Setup, then follow the on-screen instructions
Step 3 – Placing your PetKlix Button
- Using the adhesive on the back of the device, place your PetKlix close to where you store the items it reorders
Step 4 – Ordering Process
- Simply place an instant order by pressing your PetKlix
- Green: Your order has been successful
- Red: There was an issue with your order. Trouble shoot by following the steps below:
- Ensure you have a strong Wi-Fi connection
- Check your Wi-Fi password is correct
- If you are still having issues, unlink PetKlix from the app and restart the setup process
