What Is Advantix?

Advantix is a waterfast topical spot-on. The active ingredients are Imidacloprid and Permethrin.

It can be purchased in a 3 or 6 pack. This product can NOT be used in cats.

 

What Is It Used For?

These ingredients not only kill lice, fleas and ticks but also repel them before they get a chance to bite your dog. Advantix also repels other biting insects such as flies, mosquitoes and sandflies.

How Often And When Is It Used?

Advantix is applied on the back of the neck or aong the topline in 4 areas on large dogs once per month for fleas, brown ticks, bush ticks, lice, and biting insects. Application is required every 2 weeks for paralysis tick. It's safe to use in puppies from 7 weeks of age.

it quickly spreads to the complete surface area of your dog’s hair and skin.

Always apply to a dry coat. Dogs may be washed or bathed 48hrs after application.
