Save time and money with Auto Delivery, the easiest way to ensure you'll never run out of your pet's essentials.
It's as simple as selecting Auto Delivery on your favourite items, scheduling a dispatch date and we'll look after the rest!

  1. Select your pet's favourite products

  2. Select “Auto Delivery” and choose how often you want your items delivered

  3. Once the order is placed, your Auto Delivery will be dispatched every few weeks, based on your chosen frequency!

Q: Am I locked into Auto Delivery?

No, you can choose to cancel your Auto Delivery at any time, at no cost. Simply select Auto Delivery under the My Account tab and delete the items in your Auto Delivery order.

Q: How do I edit or add to my Auto Delivery?

Log in to your account and select the Auto Delivery tab. From there you can update the products included in your Auto Delivery order, the quantity and the frequency of dispatch.
You can also add new products to your Auto Delivery while browsing the website. Simply add the item to your cart and select “Add to existing Auto Delivery” and choose which Auto Delivery you would like to add it to.

Q: Can I skip my Auto Delivery?

Yes, you can skip your order at any time by logging into your account, selecting Auto Delivery under the My Account tab and clicking “skip” under Action.

Q: What I will pay for my Auto Delivery?

The price you pay is the current website price at the time each Auto Delivery order is confirmed, not the price at the time your Auto Delivery is set up.
If your product happens to be on sale when your Auto Delivery is processed, then you will receive the cheapest price, plus a further 5% on selected brands.

Q: How often can I have my order delivered using Auto Delivery?

Our Auto Delivery allows you to choose a delivery frequency from fortnightly up to 36 weeks.

Q: What happens if a product is out of stock?

We will replace it with the closest alternative in the same flavour/formula and only supply a different package size to fulfill your order.
If no alternative package size is available, we will let you know and the item will be placed on back order for 7 days until it becomes available.

Q: I need help to set up or make a change to my Auto Delivery but I'm not sure how?

No problem! Call us on 1300 155 666 weekdays between 8am - 5pm (AEST) and we'll help wherever we can.
