Pick Up Order Terms & Conditions

Order Placement: 

• All orders must be placed via the Budget Pet Products website, payment must be made in full at the time of the order. 

• Premises are open for order pick up between 8am and 5pm AEST Monday to Friday excluding public holidays and weekends. 

• Orders placed by 10am AEST will be available for pickup after 12pm same business day, excluding public holidays. 

• Orders placed after 10am AEST will be available for pickup the following business day, after 12pm, excluding public holidays.  

• Once placed, pick up orders are not applicable for change or cancellation. Budget Pet Products reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason, in which case a full refund will be issued. 

Order Pick Up

• Customers will be notified via email once their order is ready for pick up. 

• Pick up is available from our designated pick up location only.

• Customers must bring their order confirmation email to collect their order. 

• Orders cannot be collected by a third party without the customer's written permission.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check our website for the latest version of these terms and conditions before placing an order.
