The Basics about Auto Delivery

It’s the life-hack your pet wishes you found sooner! It’s a subscription that allows you to set up a recurring order for selected products to be delivered at your chosen interval, so you never forget your pet’s favourites again! Oh and did we mention you save money at the same time? Discount off first Auto Delivery available from 01/01/2024 - 31/01/2025.

What is Auto Delivery?
Auto Delivery is a subscription service that allows you to automatically reorder your pet's favourite products according to a schedule you set. This means less time spent shopping and more time with your pet, plus savings on every order.

What do I pay?
You pay the web price of the product at the time your order is processed, including any sales discounts, plus you receive an additional Auto Delivery discount.

Is my Auto Delivery Discount always the same?
The discount might vary, especially on your first order with Auto Delivery, as some brands offer a higher initial discount. After the first delivery, you will continue to receive discounts on the web price at the time of each order.

Please note that First Auto Delivery at 30% off is capped at $20.

Auto Delivery Discount Eligibility

Auto Delivery Triple Saver Discount Eligibility – Scheduling Requirements

To qualify for the Auto Delivery discount under the Triple Saver program, all subsequent orders must be scheduled to occur within six (6) months of the date of the customer's first Auto Delivery order (the "Eligibility Window").

Where a subsequent Auto Delivery order is not scheduled to fall within the Eligibility Window, that order and any orders thereafter will not be eligible for the Auto Delivery discount and will be processed at the standard retail price applicable at the time of dispatch.

For the avoidance of doubt:

  • The Eligibility Window is calculated from the date the first Auto Delivery order is placed, not the date of dispatch or delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their Auto Delivery schedule is configured such that all orders fall within the Eligibility Window.
  • Budget Pet Products reserves the right to cancel or convert any Auto Delivery subscription to a standard order where the scheduled frequency would result in orders falling outside the Eligibility Window.
  • Pausing, skipping, or modifying a scheduled Auto Delivery order does not extend the Eligibility Window.
  • Any customer who has a current Auto Delivery on a participating brand cannot cancel and resubscribe to obtain additional benefits on that brand.
  • Budget Pet Products reserves the right to amend these eligibility requirements at any time. Customers will be notified of any material changes in accordance with the General Notification clause of these Terms and Conditions.

How do I sign up for Auto Delivery?
Signing up is easy: select the product on our website, choose 'Auto Delivery' and your delivery frequency, then add the product to your cart and check out. Your Auto Delivery will start from your first order.

Am I locked into Auto Delivery?
No, there are no fees to start or stop your subscription. You can modify, skip, or cancel your Auto Delivery at least one day before your next order is processed.

How do I set the frequency of my Auto Delivery?
You can choose delivery intervals starting from 2 weeks up to 36 weeks, with suggested frequencies based on what other customers find most convenient. Our customer service team is also available to help via live chat.

Can I have multiple products on different Auto Deliveries?
Yes, you can manage different products with different delivery frequencies according to your needs, making it simpler to care for your pet.

What if I need to make changes to my Auto Delivery?
You can log into your account to update product quantities, change delivery frequencies, or skip orders without charge, as long as you do so at least one day before your next order is due.

I just changed my address. Will this affect my Auto Delivery order?
Yes, it’s crucial to update your shipping address in your account settings. Delivery fees may apply if your new address is outside the free shipping zone.

What if I want to add a non-Auto Delivery item to an upcoming order?
You can easily add one-off purchases to your upcoming Auto Delivery by adding the product to your cart and selecting 'add to existing Auto Delivery' instead of proceeding to checkout.

What if my Auto Delivery item is out of stock?
Out of stock items will be back-ordered for 7 days. If the product cannot be restocked in that time, the order will be cancelled, but any other items on the same delivery schedule will be processed as normal.

Can I use a discount code on my Auto Delivery?
While codeword promotions are available for one-off purchases, they cannot be applied to Auto Delivery orders, which are processed automatically at checkout.

Auto Delivery & Payment

Billing:
You are billed on the day the order is created, usually early in the morning.

Payment Errors
If a payment fails, you’ll be notified via email and can update your payment method in your account or contact customer service for assistance.

Shipping
Shipping costs depend on whether your delivery location is within our free shipping zone. Costs may apply for addresses outside this area.
